With a bunch of new series premieres and the return of True Blood, it's enough to make you want to skip the beach and check out what's on TV.
This week, seven strangers are trapped on Persons Unknown, Grace tries to deal with being the Angel Cop on Saving Grace, there's a new kind of family next door on Neighbors From Hell, the cadets head to an infamous asylum on Ghost Hunters Academy, Tommy hunts for the Magic Man on Happy Town, it's the end of the season for Stargate Universe, Arthur is the victim of a love potion on Merlin, the Earth swallows up Amy on Doctor Who, Misha Collins goes Stonehenge Apocalypse, the Cartoon Network explores Unnatural History, Deb's birthday approaches on Drop Dead Diva, and True Blood is back with more serious vamp action and werewolves.

Series premiere!
Created by Oscar-winning writer Christopher McQuarrie (The Usual Suspects), this intriguing series explores what happens when seven strangers are kidnapped and trapped in a deserted town. As their every move is watched through security cameras, they must puzzle out why they are there and how they can get out. In the pilot episode, one member of the group gets a fortune cookie that tells her if she kills her neighbor, she'll be set free. The promo promises, "By the end of summer the answers will be known."
Saving Grace (TNT) 10 p.m.—"Loose Men in Tight Jeans"
The end is near!
As the series comes to a close, Grace tries to keep a promise to Rhetta, while the pressure of being the "Angel Cop" begins to weigh on her in "Loose Men in Tight Jeans." Elsewhere, Capt. Perry prepares for a life change, and Grace's brother tries to show Rhetta and Ronnie how to communicate better.
Neighbors From Hell (TBS) 10 p.m.—"Snorfindesdrillsalgoho"
Animated series premiere!
When Satan discovers that an oil company is going to try to drill to the center of the earth, he sends a torturer and his family to Earth undercover with orders to infiltrate the company and sabotage the project. Created by South Park's Pam Brady.

On National Geographic's Paranatural (9 p.m.), scientists investigate why the planet is bombarded with tons of material from outer space, including "Blood Rain and Star Jelly."
Alex comes face to face with Peter as a 14-year-old boy, and she runs into a mysterious man who's following her ... and he has a proposition.
One cadet faces elimination!
With seven cadets left, the team heads to Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in Weston, W.Va., where another cadet will be cut from the show, in "Crazy for Power."
Happy Town (ABC) 10 p.m.—"This Is Why We Stay"
The hunt for the Magic Man is on!
Tommy is pressured to find the Magic Man and John Haplin tries to get Rachel to remember her kidnapping in "This Is Why We Stay." Meanwhile, Detective Hobbes believes Greggy Stiviletto is involved with the severed hand ending up at the Breadie and Henley makes a deal with Peggy Haplin.

The Science Channel digs in to some interesting subject matter in Through the Wormhole With Morgan Freeman (10 p.m.). First up, science meets religion in "Is There a Creator?" And the channel's Into the Universe With Stephen Hawking (8 and 9 p.m.) delves into "Aliens" and "Time Travel."

After accidentally burning fellow agent Jesse Garcia, Michael ends up helping the spy, who is being pursued by a drug dealer in "Fast Friends."

Arthur gets struck by a love spell!
When Camelot hosts a peace conference, one king has plans that aren't so peaceful in "Sweet Dreams." He uses a jester to cast a love spell over Arthur that makes him fall in love with King Olaf's daughter, a situation that doesn't go over well with Olaf and spurs hostilities between him and King Uther.
The Doctor goes mad ... or does he?
A drilling project penetrates the earth's crust, and you just know that can't be a good thing, especially when the earth strikes back and Amy gets sucked underground in "The Hungry Earth."
Stonehenge Apocalypse (Syfy) 9 p.m.
A Syfy Original movie!
Supernatural's Misha Collins hangs up his wings to play a radio talk-show host who figures out something big is going on when Stonehenge begins to move and the world starts to experience terrible disasters. Stargate Atlantis' Torri Higginson, Highlander's Peter Wingfield and CSI: NY's Hill Harper also star.
Series premiere!
After traveling around the world with his anthropologist parents, Henry is sent to live with his uncle and discovers his new school is located on the grounds of the National Museum, a place with many mysteries. The Cartoon Network's first live-action mystery series stars Kevin G. Schmidt, Jordan Gavaris and Italia Ricci.
True Blood Pre-Show (HBO) 8:45 p.m.

Grayson plans a memorial for Deb on her birthday, and Jane represents a man who had amnesia for nearly a decade in "Back From the Dead." Meanwhile, Kim and Parker handle the case of a writer who is suing for rights to a character she created using a pen name.
